Your details.
Handled with care.
A clear look at the information you share with Snowhue, why we use it, and how to ask a question.
Draft dated November 2026
This preliminary notice is subject to owner review and is not a substitute for legal review. The details you share
Your contact information and website inquiry.
A conversation, first
To consider and respond to your project inquiry.
Handled through Wix
Our inquiry form uses Wix's website and CRM tools.
What we collect
If you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, business name and project description.
Why we use it
We use this information to consider and respond to your website inquiry, and keep a record of the conversation. Submitting does not place an order.
Where it is stored
Form responses are handled through Wix's website and CRM tools, where Snowhue can review and reply to inquiries. See Wix’s privacy policy for information about its services.
Website services and browser storage
The website serves pages and images through IONOS, uses Wix for inquiry services, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to those providers to request these resources.
The inquiry integration stores a Wix visitor authentication token in your browser’s local storage to support its connection to Wix. This token is separate from the details you type into the inquiry form. Clearing browser storage removes the saved token on that device; it does not delete an inquiry already sent to Wix.
The portfolio demos’ interactive planners and estimates run in your browser. They do not send a booking or project request, and their selections are not saved by the demo code.
What not to send
Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, government IDs or other sensitive information in your message.
Keep project inquiries focused on your business and the website you need.
Questions and requests
You can send a privacy question or an access, correction or deletion request through our contact form. Start your message with “Privacy request” and provide an email address where we can reply. You may also reply to email correspondence you have received from Snowhue. We will review privacy requests as applicable law requires.
Before launch
This notice remains a draft. Before launch, the owner must confirm the public contact details, inquiry-retention practices, all enabled tracking or optional integrations, and applicable data-handling obligations. This technical review does not establish legal compliance.
